          This option is only available for properties in Northern Cyprus..

It’s vey popular for foreign home owners to install a swimming pool at a home in Northern Cyprus. Unless the property you bought in Northern Cyprus doesn’t have swimming pool, we can build the best suitable swimming for your needs. If you buy property in community, there will be a shared swimming pool but you may want to have your own private swimming pool.
